Arabiers Holidays UAE is operated by Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC, a licensed travel agency in Dubai. We hold two trade licences issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), numbers 1176592 and 1053620. Our registered office is 5th Floor, Hamarain Centre, Deira, Dubai. Under this licence we provide desert safari tours, morning safari, evening safari, dune experiences, transport and holiday packages, through our own team and trusted suppliers in the UAE and abroad.
Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC operates lawfully under UAE tourism regulations. All tours are conducted in accordance with the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) guidelines.
Any tour voucher, coupon or ticket we issue is subject to these terms and to the conditions of the tour operators, carriers and suppliers involved in delivering your activity. When you make a booking or buy a voucher, you accept these terms. A copy can be shared on request.
By booking a tour with us, you confirm that all members of your group meet the health and fitness requirements for the chosen activity. For desert safari experiences, guests should be in good general health and free from back, neck, or heart conditions that may be aggravated by off-road driving. Pregnant guests and children under 5 are not permitted on dune bashing activities for safety reasons.
We ask all guests to dress modestly when visiting desert camps and to follow the dress code guidance provided at the time of booking. Appropriate footwear is strongly recommended for dune-side activities. Alcohol may not be brought onto tour vehicles or into desert camp areas unless specifically offered as part of your package.
Full payment is due at the time of booking. If payment is not received at least 2 days before the scheduled activity date, we may cancel the booking without notice. For our full refund and cancellation rules, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We may change, omit or cancel any part of an activity at our discretion, with or without notice. Because some activities depend on conditions outside our control, such as weather, illness or government restrictions, delays or cancellations can occur. If they do, we may refund all or part of the amount paid, at our discretion or that of our suppliers. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Some activities carry inherent risks. By taking part, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit for the specific activity, and you agree to follow the instructions of our guides, given in English. If a guide judges that your participation would endanger you or the group, you may be asked to stop without a refund, for your own safety.
Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC acts as a tour operator and booking agent. Where we arrange services through third-party suppliers — including transport operators, camp operators, and activity providers — we are not liable for any act or omission of those suppliers. Our liability for any claim arising from our own direct services is limited to the amount paid for the specific activity in question.
We are not liable for losses, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including adverse weather conditions, sandstorms, road closures, UAE public holidays, or government-imposed restrictions.
Photos and videos taken by our guides or staff during your tour remain the property of Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC and may be used for marketing purposes. We will not identify guests by name without consent. Photos and videos you take during a tour are for personal use. Any commercial use of images featuring our staff, vehicles, camps, or branded locations requires prior written permission.
Third-party insurance is included for all standard tours and transfers we operate. Adventure activities — including desert dune bashing, quad biking, and buggy rides — are not covered by our insurance. If you are participating in any of these activities, we strongly advise you to arrange your own adventure sports insurance and comprehensive travel insurance before your tour date. Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from adventure activities where personal cover has not been arranged.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from a booking with Arabiers Travel and Tourism LLC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
